Important: This page provides instructions for requesting deletion of your data from our service,
including data obtained through Facebook Login.
What Data We Store
When you use our service with Facebook Login, we may store:
- Your Facebook user ID
- Your email address
- Your name and profile information
- Facebook access tokens for publishing content
- Videos and media files you upload
- Publishing history and metadata
How to Request Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. We provide multiple ways to do this:
Method 1: Delete Your Account
- Log in to your account on our platform
- Navigate to the admin interface
- Contact the administrator to request account deletion
- We will process your deletion request within 30 days
Method 2: Revoke Facebook Access
- Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy
- Click on "Settings"
- Select "Apps and Websites"
- Find our app in the list
- Click "Remove" to revoke access
- This will prevent our app from accessing your Facebook data
Method 3: Contact Support
You can request data deletion by contacting us directly:
- Send your deletion request through the admin interface
- Include your email address and Facebook user ID (if known)
- Specify which data you want deleted
What Happens When You Request Deletion
When you request data deletion, we will:
- Delete your account and associated profile information
- Remove all videos and media files you uploaded
- Delete all Facebook access tokens and page connections
- Remove your publishing history and metadata
- Anonymize or delete any backup copies within 90 days
Data We May Retain
In certain cases, we may retain some data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction records for accounting and legal compliance
- Logs required for security and fraud prevention
- Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
Such retained data will be kept to the minimum necessary and deleted once no longer required.
Processing Timeline
We aim to process all data deletion requests within:
- Immediate: Access to your account and services is revoked
- 30 days: Primary data deletion from active systems
- 90 days: Complete removal from backups and archives

To protect your privacy and security, we may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request.
This may involve confirming your email address or other account details.
