We collect information that you provide directly to us when you:
We use the information we collect to:
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
Our service integrates with third-party social media platforms: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Bilibili and X. When you connect your social media accounts, those platforms may collect information according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you connect to our platform.
Social Publish uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
When you connect a YouTube channel we request two OAuth scopes, and nothing else:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube - to upload the videos you schedule, set their
thumbnails, and to create, bind and close the live broadcasts you schedule on your own channel.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly - to read your channel name so we can show
you which account you connected, and to read the view counts of the videos we published for you.
Google account data is used only to carry out the publishing and live streaming actions you schedule in the dashboard. We store your OAuth access and refresh tokens, your channel ID and channel name, and the IDs and view counts of the videos we published for you. We never use Google user data for advertising, we never sell it, and we never share it with third parties. We do not use it to train machine learning or AI models. We do not read, modify or delete any content on your channel that was not created through Social Publish.
Tokens and channel data are kept for as long as the channel stays connected. Disconnecting a channel deletes its tokens from our systems. You can request deletion of all of your data at any time through our data deletion page.
You can revoke Social Publish's access to your Google account at any time from the Google security settings page. Revoking access stops all scheduled publishing and live broadcasts on that channel immediately.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted through our service.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your data at any time through our data deletion page.
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our service and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
Our service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us through the admin interface.
